Roof-Raising Reno

When it was time for a large addition + full resurface of this North Vancouver home, Schulz Construction and NMD were thrilled to get the job. Adding a massive entertainer’s kitchen, as well as a covered deck, gave our clients an amazing view that they didn't even know they had! Nearly doubling the basement gave them an extra bathroom, bedroom, garage and a great rec room.
